Return & Refund Policy — Body Reset Shop

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something about your order isn't right, here's exactly how we'll make it right.

How Returns Work

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. To qualify, the item needs to be unused and in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and tags intact, along with your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

To start a return, email us at [info@bodyresetshop.com] with your order number and reason for the return. Once we approve it, we'll send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions for sending the item back. Please don't mail anything back before you've received approval — unauthorized returns sent to our facility won't be processed.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Wrong

Open your package as soon as it arrives. If an item shows up defective, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away at [info@bodyresetshop.com] with a photo of the item and packaging — we'll get a replacement or refund moving quickly.

What Can't Be Returned

A few items fall outside our standard return window:

Gift cards
Opened or used nutritional/wellness products, for health and safety reasons

Exchanges

Prefer a different product or size? The fastest route is to return your original item for a refund, then place a new order separately. That way you're not waiting on us to process an exchange before your replacement ships.

Shoppers in the European Union

EU customers have a legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt, no reason required. The same condition requirements outlined above apply.

Getting Your Refund

Once your return arrives at our facility, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of that confirmation. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to actually show up on your statement.
